It looks like Alcatel was not exactly keeping the books on the up and up.  Nokia has quantified the hit, it will be ~$125M, so not significant.  IMO, the 5G cycle trumps these news.

Ericsom went down nearly as much on the same day.  Also, the entire sector has been under pressure in the past week.
