OT - NOK - Getting beaten badly on a bad market day. The story I read wasn't very clear about the reason, but it appears to relate to some liabilities from the Alcatel-Lucent acquisition, with NOK putting out a statement that they're being as transparent and clear as they can about those issues, with the implication seeming to be that they didn't list them as risks adequately before. At least that's the most I can make of it.

I am getting more tempted to buy CIEN, altho that might overload me if they don't stop dropping in value. Very puzzling - can't find a bit of data that explains the tumble.
