OT - Ugly day for NOK - down 5%+ on Goldman's downgrade from neutral to sell. Said they think there's more downside to consensus estimates and concerns about market share.

CIEN finally had an (initial) strongish move up - Some brokerage I've never heard of raised it to 'buy' from 'neutral', raised PT from $34 to $42. I can't make any sense of the weakness

it's shown since earnings. The only surface thing that makes sense to me is that it moved very quickly upward, too quickly perhaps, and this is a correction to the price, rather than something more fundamentally wrong with the stock. I don't see why they shouldn't fare well going forward.
