SWB2 can't even take top spot in its first week, beaten by CoD in its 3rd week. That's bad. EA implied their sell-in estimate isn't at risk, but with sell-through like that they're at risk of having a lot of inventory to help retailers clear before Xmas. I think they've sand-bagged enough and are experienced enough to still hit their numbers, but if the bears smell blood I'd definitely prefer to see a $105 handle before buying.
