NOK 4G Expansion win in China. Remember that ALU had a wins with China Mobile and China Telecom about 15 months ago. 4G is slow but not dead:

"Nokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK) has signed an agreement with China Telecom Corp. Ltd. (NYSE: CHA) for the expansion of the operator's 4G network across 19 provinces, deploying its Flexi MultiRadio basestations and supplying project management and other associated services. China Telecom, which operates the smallest of China's three mobile networks in terms of customer numbers and favors the FDD flavor of 4G, had 90 million 4G customers at the end of June, up from 58 million in December.
