<p><p>Bought a relatively small chunk of NOK here - increased my holding by a bit less than 5%. If it goes up from here, I will feel that at least I participated a bit in lowering my cost. OTOH, buying a stock that keeps setting 52 week lows doesn't seem that smart. Wellllllllllll.....it'll be good in the long run. And lt cap's idea of dividend reinvestment seems good, so I will scope that out.</p></p>
