ot - op net and ATVI

lt cap - there's your CIEN 'bounce' - nice call. Still see no news on why NOK lost ~4% yesterday, but these sector stock tend to do that. If it goes lower from here, I expect I will buy more. CSCO is entirely frustrating - it keeps rising steadily - now over $27 from ~$23.XX not that long ago. Bullish analyst put a 'buy' rec. yesterday (Needham, I think), with a PT of 28. We're almost there - a bit too rich for my perspective, altho the 3.XX dividend abides.

I've asked this before but: I notice that ATVI has had a continual drop from ~$40 to just over $30 today. Jester called 40 fair value. I'm tempted to start aposition. Did something change?

Re NOK

Nokia is currently testing its 52 week lows.  This level has held the last two times it tested, if it holds now, I would think it bounces.  It is oversold and due for a bounce, IMO.

My last couple of comments on ATVI were to say how cheap it was at $25 post earnings and that I was buying more there, and that the $40 fair value call was before the market started falling and therefore expectations of price multiples should come down too. Perhaps $30-$35 is more fair value for the next couple of months i.e. cheap below that, expensive above. A couple of upcoming catalysts are VR, which we should see a lot more hype on at E3 in June, and the new Nintendo NX console is rumored for as soon as this holiday season. Neither of those will mean much for publisher earnings in the next year, however they can both create some hype for the sector.
