EA: Selling off
Quite the reversal today in EA stock price on very heavy volume,
it had been up more than a buck ealy on, now down >3

I was just going to ask if there's any news, but I can't see
any. It was up nearly 2% in the first 20 minutes, then from
10.06EST to 10.24EST it dropped from $73.36 to $68.22. So a 7% drop
in 18 minutes on apparently no news.

I looked too and do not see any. Could the start wars game
be in trouble for this Holiday Season? I do not think it is
due to GME, is it?

A delayed reaction maybe? EA was well up for at least half an
hour after GME was already down 10%. Btw, what happened to all
those bullish analyst GME projections?

Now I wish I'd listened to the conference call, since EA started
tanking soon after it started, and more so than the other pubs.
While it's true that GameStop's weaker than expected results for
last quarter extend one month into the publishers current quarter,
Star Wars hadn't been released yet. And if GME said anything bad
about that, I would assume that would go against their earnings PR
guidance for their Q4.
