The recent announcement of the structure of combined companyand its management gives me confidence that Rajeev Suri is expecting the deal to close much sooner than the originally estimate of mid 2016.  Seems he is not waiting around to clear any doubt or fear among the ranks of both NOK and ALU.  I am still of the opinion that the merger could potentially close no later than late February.  If Holidays were not in the middle of this, it could close sooner.  

I also continue to see big volume spikes, absent these, the volume would continue to be poor.  This totally smells like accumukation, how do these b@astards keep the price from spiking?  But there is no manipulation in this market right!?|  Yeah, right!
