Looks like the Bad News Is
Good News mentality continues to rule the market
Unless the earnings estimates for most S&P companies were
not lowered enough to be easily beaten, it looks like we may have
seen the bottom. We should know very soon if that is/isn't
the case.

BTW, I looked at the S&P chart and realized that from a
technical point of view the market had a successful test of the
August low. The Index got down to 1881 on Sept 28th.
