<p>OT - Gold/ABX - I always have an eye out for gold prices, given that they've been hit as hard as any commodity. I'm inclined to wait some more, and see if it'll go below $1,000/oz. But particularly I watch ABX, which, at its recent nadir of $6.79, was sporting a 3%+ dividend. Don't know how well/if they can sustain that, as I don't have a good line on how badly scaling back operations, similar to oil, has been made necessary by only keeping the lowest cost mines online at these prices. I understand a stronger dollar whips all commodity prices, but such things don't last forever, and gold may be a nice at least small hedge position for some future date.  I'd welcome any thoughts folks have on gold, and particularly ABX, if they've got an opinion.</p>
