I did look up Aquanta on Yahoo. I'd be interested to hear any developments you come across. On Yahoo, I came across this:

It's primarily on CIEN, and the report likes their products, but worries about price competition huring margins, and thus profitability.

So, they rank it a '#3 - hold'. Aquanta is a #2 rank - buy'. 

That said, the source is Zack's, who I trust only slightly more than the Motley Fool. Zack's often bases part of it's ranking on what rank it gave the stock before,

creating a puzzling tautology that has no predictive power. Still, some of the info they provide is interesting.
