OT - CIEN
OT - CIEN - The huge jump in call premiums for the earnings
release on June 6th is the June 7th calls - up to ~$1.50 from May
31th's ~.50 cents for a strike of $35.50. I may participate in this
lightly, as some of my shares would take a loss, even with the
premium, and I think longer term I still believe in the stock.

Thanks for the head's up. Not sure I want shares called in mid
to upper 30's. I think CIEN should be >40, but I understand the
macro and micro issues ATM. If earnings are good enough to pop it a
couple bucks, then it may also be good enough to establish a new
floor. Of course they could have hedwind issues too, but I am
willing to hold for awhile if that happens because I think they are
well positioned overall.
