OT - CIEN - It just keeps soaring - and on no news I can find. I thought I was making a reasonable bet when I optioned out 2/3rds of my position on the way up. My guess - and it's just that - is that in most of the quarters for the past year they've reported good results. The question at this point is not whether the secular tide is with them, but who the winners are going to be. If they can do well in the tough times, on might bet that they'll do even better as demand increases. Just a guess.

My optioning out a substantial portion of NOK may or may not pay off. Break even is $6.38. I wish they'd stay below $6, but altho they keep going back there, it's for shorter and shorter periods, with higher highs on the upside. The CC on Jan 31st should be of interest.
