I would hope these sale and agreement would be enough for Nokia
to complete the equipment swaps that remain and tie it over for
when the 5G deployment starts in late 2018 to early
2019.
AT&T and Comcast have stated that with the tax gift from the
Trump Administration they paln bigger CapEx in the future.
Lets hope they start sooner rather than later, but I won't hold my
breadth.

Anything that moves NOK 20 cents is great, welcomed news, esp.
that it's a mult-year deal. I think your skepticism about capex
buildout by the telecoms is well founded. I believe both ATT and
Verizon were fined for throttling clients when it was illegal to do
so. The demise of net neutrality should make an the option to
throttle as an alternative to building infrastructure an option for
them all. This year I'm asking Santa to bring on 5g sooner rather
than later.
