This is fantastic news.  First, I believe that Apple just paid this to NOK, so this boatload of cash will be reported in this Q3,  Second, the just released report stated that the Technology Division grew by 90%, even after backing off a one time payment the division still grew 50% YoY, now if I am not mistaken, the 50% growth is directly attributable to APPL begining to make per phone royalty payments to NOK starting on May 24th (they settled on May 23th), so APPL only paid royalties for a bit less than one half of the quarter, next quarter will be big for the Technology Division.  And the beauty of it all is that the division carries huge margings of close to 60%.
