OT - networking, bond
sales

Good to see Nokia winning contracts, buying shares. It
is 'Brutal Deluxe' for the whole sector today. Unclear why suddenly
they're losing up to 6%. CIEN has been sequentially stepping
downards, almost everyday. And INFN isn't anybody's cup of tea,
being volatile and clearly tilting towards the downside - perhap's
MKM's 'fair value' price of $9 might be realized unless this
freefall is broken. Yeah, it was a bad day after the Fed is
considering selling off some of the $4.5 trillion bonds it holds
(if I have that right). Is that bad news because the market
suddenly gets flooded with bonds, prices sink, Wall Street
collapses, the Russians win WWIII? Seems like it would be countered
to some degree by how great the economy is said to be doing. And if
I've got that right - $4.5 trillion holding in bonds - it seems
just staggering that they've maniupulated the market to that
degree. And if they start selling to 'normalize' the odd policies
that the financial crisis brought - and the market flips out - how
will they ever get rid of assets they shouldn't have had in the
first place?
