Re TSLA's Secondary Offering
and Goldman Sachs Upgrade
I would not be surprised at all, if Goldman was one of the
Investment Houses participating/managing the secondary
offering.

LT, Goldman is. So they came out with one report saying they're
not bullish on equities in general, and a separate report saying
they think Musk will miss his forecasts by a mile but people should
buy the stock anyway, then hours later they're part of the dilution
process. Just shameless. So obvious, they don't even feel the need
to pretend. I'm sure if anyone asks questions or sues they'll say,
"But... but... we have a Chinese wall, and everyone knows
that!"

Agreed, it is not just shameless but criminal, really. Lets keep
in mind that they have not yet announced the pricing of the shares
being offered.
