I guess this is the reason for EA's rapid drop from $64.20 on Monday to under $58 today. Big sale by the CEO on Monday. Curiously, form4oracle doesn't show the 4K as being filed until late last night, and I can't even find it on the SEC's site, I got the direct link below from form40racle, yet the stock has been weak for days so obviously a bunch of players knew about it. Great even playing field there!
