NOK forming a joint venture
with China's Huaxin
Certainly looks like Nokia will have to do this in order to gain
approval from Chinese authorities. Huaxin is a "state owned"
company and this deal would be done after the NOK-ALU merger
completes. Given this I would expect the Chinese approval to
the merger in just a matter of weeks
