The headline sum for the sale states $3.1B, however, the NOK PR states the following:

"Nokia estimates that it will receive net proceeds of slightly above EUR 2.5 billion, as the purchaser would be compensated for certain defined liabilities of HERE currently expected to be slightly below EUR 300 million as part of the transaction."

If I am reading and understanding this corectly,  this states NOK will carry this debt as it will compensate the purchaser.  So which is the sale price:  $3.1B or ~$2.77B?
