It's just amazing that only a few months ago, Yahoo is offered $33/share and is now trading in the 9s.

How's that for maximizing shareholder value?  That board is now humiliated.  But what does that matter?

Microsoft is clearly trying to take advantage of the situation by making a deal with Yahoo that would be less expensive than a buyout.  Yahoo has no other options now that Google backed away.  What a catastrophe.
