Apparently there are issues with RDR Online, mostly related to in game economy. You need to grind for 10's of hours to make any in game cash, and gold bars could take 100's of hours. So pretty much you either use real money to buy stuff, or you get killed (literally) by the folks who did while you try to grind. I have not checked it out, and it is a beta, but some people (lots probably) seem to be pissed.
