OT - INTC - Good quarter, missed a bit on datacenter, but fugly
reaction. This is probably the best summation I've seen. The bear
arguments seem more substantive, the bull ones base more on hopes.
For the time being, I'm just going to hang on to my shares, collect
the dividend, and hope this is overdone. Although the 'Q4
(predicted) collapse in margins would be another hard downward
blow:

Speaking of downward blows, 2nd straight day of INFN just
getting crushed, and NOK having follow-thru on downward pressure,
rather than a dead cat bounce. Did INFN report? Haven't had a
chance to check yet.
Edit: Didn't see any earnings report date/news, but Raymond
James downgraded INFN to underperform on July 24. In may, some
other analyst did the same thing. And IIRC, that's been true of a
number of analysts. I recall one argument being that their
equipment would not be cutting edge compared to competitors. Anyone
know whether that, or something else that's of real concern, that's
driving INFN back into dirt?
