It did beat on both top and bottom line.  I believe they have passed the worst of th drout.  This still is a challenging year because of consolidation among service providers, so the will continue to feel pressure from their customers to lower prices.  But the very worst is behind them.

Now they need to execute on sales and on cost controls, have to be laser focused.
