On the subject of Cap Ex, an embarrassing exchange here with Gary Cohn, pimping the tax reform aka "handout for the rich" and trying to frame it as a cap ex / job growth, he asked the room of the CEO's if they were planning to increase Cap Ex if tax reform goes through.
