Fallon has bought at $12, later at $8.xx and now at $6.  For a grand total of 300K shares.  Damn, that is well over $2.5M, is the third time the charm?? LOL  Talk about catching a falling knife.

IMO, his buy is on the still firm belief that when CenturyLink (with Level 3 now officially merged into it) return to ordering equipment, the revenues for the year should swell by more than 13%.  The $2.5M question is when?!?!?!
