They also gave Soderlund a $20M bonus:

"On June 1, 2017, the Committee also approved a supplemental equity award for Mr. Söderlund with a grant date award value of $20 million in recognition of Mr. Söderlund’s key role in delivering award-winning games and services to our players and deepening player engagement; this award was also intended to support the longer term retention of Mr. Söderlund."

What, his gazillion shares and the high stock price don't pay him enough, plus the other $12M bonus in the 8K below? How do they justify that bonus after the Mass Effect Andromeda dud, which he no doubt pushed Frostbite onto the team? He is in charge of that division too, and it looks like ME is on hiatus now so that's a few hundred million of projected revenue up in smoke.
