NOK is stuck in the 4s, seems the market will not let it move higher until its management shows it the money.  With good reason I might add, it has been three straight quarters of very poor results.  Management has not gotten a handle of their own market as far as guidance is concerned, hence the terrible sentiment towards the company.

I would expect it will be until the third quarter when profits have had a mild inflection point.  And I would also expect that quarter to start showing sequential revenue increases.
