Yeah, forcing US shareholders to sell ALU and purchase of NOK, was terrible.  More so now that NOK relentlesly declined since january, just stabilizing here in the mid to high 5s over the past month or two.  Hard to believe the price of NOK was aeround 7 when we were forced to purchase NOK, seems like a long time ago, but it was just in December, IIRC.

That, BTW, is why not all shareholders agreed to the deal, some 5% or so have yet to convert, and there are news now that a law suit has been filed to prevent the purchase and squeeze of the remaining ALU shares on the French stock market, the link to article follows, so don't hold me to the details, I am sure the article spells it out better than I can. So, that is on hold and this saga continues.
