Unfortunately what you described (bourse fees, etc.) squares with my experience. Both correct: Scam, they have the have their hand in your pocket, and they shove things down your throat (oh, wait...that last thing is MSFT''s deal, lol.)

10 days ago the world was ending with Brexit. Now the banks are humming, earnings are in the bag, and we're at new highs ever. But then, why should it make sense? Just let the optical networkers do well, adjust my positions comfortably, and I'm happy regardless of the rest.
