Not sure why NOK is getting relatively hammered today. There are some stories taking about technical hurdles with getting the rest of the shares - apparently, it takes 95% ownership to involuntarily 'sqeeze out' the remaining shares. On the other hand, there are the stories of NOK buying or issueing shares in a 'private offering' - which I would think may be their way of working themselves to 95%. I'm quite tempted to buy again here. But, given some of the headwinds they face short -term (weak guidance, etc.) I can't get my fingers to pull the trigger - yet :-)
