I've noticed that Cisco seems to be trading a bit like NOK - down far less than the averages today. As I've said before that ~$3.60 dividend is attractive in a sector that tends not to have dividends. I'd like it below 23,please.

I'd also like more NOK, but I can't figure out where to buy it. Maybe, if everyone on the board holding NOK could find a way to offer it at a firesale price and then retract the order before it could fill, wouldn't it be like all the people in China jumping from a 3 ft. height simultaneously and causing a devastating earthquake? :-)
