It's odd that Hastings would say UHD is 15mbps when Netflix's own page for speed recommendations says 25mbps.

I think it'll be a while before 4K/UHD takes off here, due to lack of physical discs and high streaming needs. There is also the issue of broadband caps, especially with Comcast. If we approach those kinds of average speeds we should really be talking about what it means for video games.
