Long term, that unit may never make back $6BN. Short term, it's a huge boost to eps for at least a few years, and ATVI can steadily pay down the debt just like they did with previous big deals.

It's important to remember there's an investor day this Friday too. You know there will be nothing but good things coming from analysts after that.
