OT- Fed and INFN CIEN

Yes, the Fed left enough room to not hike in Dec., while stating that they probably will hike, to send the market kiting.  I think if the Fed does defer a hike in Dec., the market might fly, convincing the last holdouts that if they can keep defering so far, they can probably do it forever.

CIEN catching INFN's 15% rise by risining 5% itself. And INFN Nov. calls are fetching a better premium than CIEN's, the latter being moderately meh. For some reason, CIEN feels a bit toppy, and I'd prefer to write calls on those holding, while INFN feels like it has room to run. Simple a guess, nothing more. Although as analysts weigh in on ressults, there have to be some ratings and pt changes, which can't hurt.

Both closed at session highs, but then again so did the DOW. Follow thru would be great.
