I have been noticing this too, its the game Wall Street plays until they can't.  On that note, I sure hope analysts have also set expectations low enough for NOK so that it can easily beat on the top and bottom line.  Although,  we have seen a string on revenue misses so far this Quarter, analysts were behind the curve even though they tried to rachet them down ahead of this earnings season.
