I agree. unless Qatar builds new stadiums with retractable roofs and climate controlled. As to Sepp Blatter,  I was betting the guy would actually get re-elected, precisely because the level of corruption is that high. Similar to countries ruled by a Dictator,  always managing to be re-elected
