The meeting took place two days ago.  Not that this will have any effect on terms of the deal, it is doubtful, but sharesholders lose nothing by trying to extract a bit better terms.That said, I frankly am very positive on the long term prospects of the combined company.  There are deinite synergies, I too think that by reducing the number of global players, it will firm up equipment pricing over the mif to long term.
