Mr. Michael T. Duke is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director. Prior to this appointment, he held other positions with Wal-Mart since joining the Company in July 1995, including Vice Chairman with responsibility for Wal-Mart International beginning in September 2005 and Executive Vice President and President and CEO of Walmart US beginning in April 2003. Mr. Duke has been a member of the Board since November 2008.
